Brad Fischer, MSPT
Owner and Manager of Battle Mountain Physical Therapy
Brad Fischer grew up on a small family farm. He, like many, felt the call to serve his country and served both at home and abroad in the United States Marine Corps. He pursued both undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of South Dakota. In 2005, Brad received his Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from The University of South Dakota.
Brad has practiced in multiple settings with many patients from new born to centurions over the past 12 years. He enjoys helping people reduce pain, improve performance, return to active lifestyles. He has continued to further his knowledge in manual therapies, sports medicine, orthopedics, wound care, and pain management. He opened Battle Mountain Therapy to pursue his passion and dream of offering quality outpatient physical therapy services to the people of the Black Hills where he and his wife Brittany reside.

Mr. Fischer is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, Orthopedic and Private Practice sections.
Brad most enjoys a hands-on approach to therapy. He also enjoys providing the education and tools to allow patients to manage their health and treat themselves.
Brittany Fischer, DPT
Brittany Fischer grew up in Huron, SD. She competed in gymnastics and track and field throughout High School. From there she achieved a track and field scholarship to compete in pole vaulting at Montana State University in Bozeman. From there she graduated with a Bachelors in Exercise Science. She then pursued her graduate school degree at the University of Montana in Missoula, with her Doctor of Physical Therapy. She has continued her education with courses involving manual therapies, sports medicine, orthopedics, and pain management.
Brittany started her career in Hot Springs, SD at Fall River Hospital where she practiced 6.5 years in Outpatient, Inpatient and Skilled Nursing settings. Brad and Brittany met while she was working at Fall River Hospital. They then got married July 25th, 2015. Brad and Brittany welcomed a baby boy into the world, Luke Fischer, on November 14, 2018. After taking some time off to spend with her son, it was time to join her husband at Battle Mountain Physical Therapy to have more quality time with her husband and son.
